Statutory accounts, Companies House and HMRC filings prepared accurately and on time, then used as the starting point for planning the year ahead.
What's included
Compliance handled, then put to work

- Corporation tax return (CT600) prepared and submitted
- Companies House confirmation statement and filings
- A review of the year's numbers and what they tell us
- Planning conversation for the year ahead
How we deliver this
The deadline is the floor, not the goal
Filing on time is the minimum. The real value is in what the year-end numbers tell us: where the business is heading, what worked, and which decisions to make differently next year. We treat year-end as the start of the next plan, not the end of the last one.
Who it is for
Who it is for
Limited companies that want their statutory compliance handled flawlessly, and want something useful to come out of it.

Common questions
Year-End Accounts: common questions
Company accounts are normally due at Companies House nine months after your year-end, with corporation tax due before that. We track every deadline so nothing is missed.
Late filing triggers automatic penalties that grow over time. We work to deadlines well in advance so this does not happen.
We talk you through what the numbers mean and what they suggest for next year. The accounts are a planning tool, not just a filing obligation.
